Russians have made progress in two regions, including Kursk. Here's how the front line has shifted (map included).

It is now the 1013th day of the full-scale war against the Russian occupiers. From the beginning of the previous day, December 1, until 22:00, there were 158 combat engagements at the front. The Russians have advanced in the Donetsk and Kharkiv regions, as well as in Kursk, where the operation of the Ukrainian Defense Forces continues.

According to data from the DeepState portal, the enemy has advanced near Novy Komar (Vremevskoye direction, near Velikaya Novoselka), Berestovoye (Kupiansk direction), Pogrebki (Kursk region of the Russian Federation, near the northernmost point of the Ukrainian foothold), and in Kurakhovo. Changes in the front line are reflected on the map.

As reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in their summary as of 22:00 on December 1, the highest number of Russian attacks was in the Kurakhovo direction. In less than a day, there were 48 combat engagements. Fighting occurred near Berestkov, Sontsivka, Zarya, Novodmytrivka, Kurakhovo, Dalneye, Yelizavetovka, and Hranivka.

In the Pokrovskoye direction, the Russians conducted 33 assault and offensive actions. They primarily attempted to advance in the areas of Myrolyubivka, Lucha, Lisovka, Dachenskoye, Zheltoye, and Chumatskoye.

"According to preliminary estimates, today (December 1, — ed.) our soldiers eliminated 173 and wounded 210 occupiers in this direction; destroyed one tank, three armored personnel carriers, three mortars, and seven vehicles, and also inflicted damage on two artillery systems", — informed the General Staff.

In the Vremevskoye direction, the enemy attempted to breach our defenses 24 times. The Russians advanced near Konstantinopolsky, Trudovoye, Velikaya Novoselka, Novoselka, Novy Komar, and Novodarovka.

As reported by "Telegraf", the Russians attacked Ternopil with strike drones on the night of December 2. A multi-story building was damaged, a fire broke out in one of the apartments, and there were casualties and injuries.
