Reminder
Recently, the media reported that Trump's special representative, Keith Kellogg, temporarily halted the development of a plan to end the war for consultations with NATO. At the Munich Conference, he will present a proposal for military support in exchange for access to resources.
Days ago, U.S. President Trump confirmed Kellogg's upcoming visit to Kyiv and announced his negotiations with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
