In the temporarily occupied territories, Russian authorities have initiated comprehensive checks of local residents. This was reported by the Center for National Resistance, according to UNN.

Details

In the temporarily occupied regions, Russian invaders have commenced a new phase of extensive inspections of local inhabitants. Initial reports regarding these activities have already reached the Center for National Resistance.

In particular, the occupiers are conducting:

Passport checks - they demand documents and verify the presence of Russian citizenship.

  • Searches - they enter premises and examine personal belongings.
  • Phone inspections - they look for contacts with Ukraine, photos, and correspondence.
  • Interrogations - they inquire about missing neighbors, the reasons for their absence, and potential return.
  • Property documentation - they gather information about movable and immovable property.

It is noted that such inspections will occur in "waves," and the occupiers may return multiple times.

Reminder

The terrorist state announced the cessation of passport issuance in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Refusing to obtain the document from Russia poses a risk of deportation or other repressive measures.
