Are we really pulling out the winter coat again? When will the unseasonably warm weather leave Kyiv?

Cloud cover that has persisted for almost the entire week in Kyiv is expected to continue from January 30 to February 2. In addition to that, there will be fog and rain in some areas of the city, with temperatures gradually dropping.

The coldest day will be Sunday, when thermometer readings are predicted to reach 0. This is mentioned in the forecast by Meteofor.

In the first half of Friday, January 31, fog should linger, with light rain expected from morning until evening. Daytime temperatures in the city will be around +6 degrees, while at night they will drop to +3 degrees. Wind speeds on this day will not exceed a moderate 7 m/s.

Saturday, February 1, will bring strong cloud cover for Kyiv residents, although occasionally, the sun will delight the city. No rain is anticipated. It will be colder than Friday, with daytime temperatures reaching +4 degrees, while at night it should be +6 degrees. The highest wind gusts are expected early in the second half of the day, freshening up to 9 m/s.

On Sunday, February 2, in addition to significant cloudiness, a further drop in temperature is forecasted. During the day, temperatures will still be above freezing at +2 degrees, but at night they will fall to 0. Wind speeds will not exceed a moderate 7 m/s.

Previously, Telegraf reported that serious frosts would hit Ukraine in February, with temperatures in some areas dropping to -21 degrees.
