If Russia does not agree to end the war quickly, the United States will impose the strongest sanctions, taxes, and tariffs against it. Reports TSN. This information has been provided by Kontrakty.UA.
President Donald Trump of the United States stated this in an interview with Fox News.
"The U.S. will impose the strongest sanctions and tariffs against Russia if it does not agree to end the war quickly," he said.
However, as the U.S. president noted, this is an undesirable turn of events.
"But I wouldn't want to do that. I love the Russians; they are wonderful people," he stated.
Trump reiterated his point that if he had been president in 2022, Russia's war against Ukraine would not have begun. He added that Ukraine had been the target of Russian President Vladimir Putin all along, "but he did not attack for four years."
Let us remind you that President Donald Trump also mentioned he would negotiate with the Saudi Arabian authorities to lower oil prices. According to him, this will lead to an immediate end to the war in Ukraine.
