Forecasters have warned about hazardous meteorological phenomena in Kyiv. This is reported by Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.

"In the first half of the day on December 23, there will be fog with visibility of 200-500 meters," the message states.

A Level I danger, yellow, has been announced. Residents of Kyiv are cautioned that the weather conditions may complicate the operations of energy, construction, and utility companies, as well as traffic movement.

It is worth noting that although winter has arrived in Ukraine, the weather still resembles autumn. On Monday, December 23, most regions of Ukraine will experience positive temperatures. According to forecaster Igor Kibalchych, there will be light to moderate rains in the Left Bank region. In the western and some northern areas, light snow and sleet are expected. The central and southwestern parts of the country will mostly remain dry, with fog possible in some areas. Winds will vary in direction, ranging from 3 to 8 m/s. Nighttime temperatures in the northern and western regions will be between -4…+1 degrees, while the rest of the territory will see temperatures of 0…+5; during the day, temperatures will rise to +1…+7, with the southern part and Crimea experiencing +6…+11 degrees Celsius.
