How to Prepare a Salad with Beetroot, Arugula, and Orange

Ingredients:⁣⁣

• beetroot – 1 piece (boiled or roasted)⁣⁣;
• orange – half;
• arugula – a handful;
• feta cheese – 40 g;
• walnuts – 1 tbsp;
• seeds (sesame/flax/pumpkin)⁣⁣ – 1 tsp;
• lemon juice⁣⁣;
• olive oil – 1 tbsp.⁣⁣;
• salt, pepper – to taste;

Instructions:

1. Cut the roasted beetroot and orange into cubes.⁣⁣⠀

2. Add the arugula.

3. Add the feta cubes and chopped walnuts. ⁣⁣⠀

4. Sprinkle with seeds and add lemon juice and olive oil.

5. Mix well.
