On Tuesday, February 18, clear skies are anticipated, but it will be the coldest day of the week. The temperature will fall to -2 degrees during the day, and at night it will drop to -11 degrees. The maximum wind speed is expected during the day at a moderate 6 m/s.
On Wednesday, February 19, the city will see clouds again along with some precipitation. Light wet snow is expected to fall during the second half of the day. The temperature will not drop below -2 degrees during the day, and at night it will be -10 degrees. The strongest wind gusts are expected around noon, reaching fresh speeds of 8 m/s.
