How to make mackerel rolls

Ingredients:

  • mackerel – 2 pcs;
  • orange – 1 pc;
  • mayonnaise – 4 tbsp;
  • salt and pepper – to taste;

Cooking method:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent them from burning during baking.

3. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut them into random pieces, and add salt, pepper, and a bit of oil.

4. Mix well, pour into a baking dish, and place in the oven.

5. Peel the orange and cut it into 8 pieces.

6. Clean the mackerel, rinse it, and remove the head and tail.

7. Cut it in half, remove the spine and all the bones.

8. Season the fish with salt, pepper, and add 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise to each half.

9. Rub the fish with spices and mayonnaise.

10. Cut it in half lengthwise.

11. Place an orange piece at the tail end, roll it up, and skewer it. Then attach a roll from the other part of the fish – 2 rolls per skewer. Repeat this with all the ingredients.
