"Tactical nuclear weapons in Europe scared everyone to death, even the Russians. Even the Russians," Biden emphasized.
According to him, during their personal conversation, the Russian dictator admitted that he fears a strike from Ukraine, especially if the U.S. supplies new nuclear weapons to Kyiv, because then "missiles could be flying towards Moscow by tomorrow."
In response, Biden assured that this won't happen, as Ukraine is not a NATO member, and integration is impossible without fundamental changes in the system.
