Kellogg shared strategies about Ukraine with several European allies, according to Sikorsky.

U.S. Special Representative Keith Kellogg shared negotiation strategies regarding Ukraine with several European allies. Officials in Poland stated that this approach "inspires hope."
Келлог обсудил тактику по Украине с рядом европейских союзников, - заявил Сикорский.

This is reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the Polish Foreign Minister Radek Sikorski, as quoted by The Guardian. This information is also provided by Kontrakty.UA.

"General Kellogg (the U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia, - ed.) personally presented to me and a circle of European allies the negotiation tactics of the United States," said the Polish minister.

He noted that the U.S. plans for negotiations are "unorthodox," but "inspiring hope."

"I will not reveal them here. They inspire certain hopes. They are unorthodox, but we wish them luck," added the head of Poland's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The U.S. Does Not See Europe at the Negotiation Table

U.S. Special Representative Keith Kellogg stated that he does not see Europe physically at the negotiation table regarding Ukraine. However, he mentioned that Europe's interests will be taken into account in the upcoming talks. Kellogg emphasized that the U.S. will act as mediators.

This has sparked criticism among EU countries. The heads of the Foreign Ministries of the European Union held an emergency meeting in Munich and announced new initiatives regarding Ukraine. Additionally, French President Emmanuel Macron has called a summit on February 17 in Paris, where Europe's position will be discussed.

Commenting on Kellogg's statement, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine must decide for itself who will be at the negotiation table.
