Specifically, the head of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergey Naryshkin, has proposed that the Russian historical community, along with other countries, discuss the topic of "rights to Ukrainian lands."
"I suggested we discuss this topic, but from a historical point of view. We will try to invite historians from other countries, from Poland, Hungary, and Slovakia," Naryshkin stated.
Earlier, the National Security and Defense Council mocked Patrushev's statements about the "cessation of Ukraine's existence" in 2025.
