This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrii Sybiha, as reported by RBK-Ukraine citing his X (Twitter). This information is also provided by Kontrakty.UA.

Sybiha commented on the latest missile and drone attack by Russia, which targeted the Ukrainian energy system and caused power outages across the country.

"Putin does not want peace. We must force him to seek peace," the Foreign Minister emphasized.

The minister stressed the need to strengthen Ukraine's air defense, enhance the long-range capabilities of the Armed Forces, and impose sanctions against the Russian military machine.

Shelling of Ukraine

On Thursday, November 28, the Russians launched a new massive strike on Ukraine. The occupiers fired 91 missiles of various types and 97 drones. The air defense forces destroyed 79 missiles and 35 drones. Additionally, 62 enemy drones were lost locally.

This marked the 11th attack by the enemy targeting the Ukrainian energy sector since the beginning of the year. In light of the massive shelling, emergency power outages were implemented across Ukraine.
