All conflicts end with negotiations, but there's a condition: what the Chinese Foreign Minister stated about the war.

The head of China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Wang Yi, emphasized that negotiations to end the war must be fair.
Все конфликты заканчиваются переговорами, но есть условие: что заявил министр иностранных дел Китая о войне.

The head of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Wang Yi, spoke in Munich about how on February 25, 2022, China initiated a dialogue. A four-point plan was formulated. According to TSN. This was reported by Kontrakty.UA.

Wang Yi mentioned this at the Munich Security Conference.

"A four-point plan was formulated. Specifically, the sovereignty and territorial integrity of both countries, adherence to the principles and rules of the UN Charter, consideration of the interests of both parties, and the utilization of all opportunities that will lead to peace. Based on this plan, we are making efforts to promote peace. As long as there is hope, we will continue this work," noted the head of the Chinese foreign ministry.

Wang Yi explained how the ministry sent its special representatives to various countries, including Brazil and Global South nations.

"We have formed a group of friends for peace. And today, it can be said that China's position is rational, justified, and practically implementable. It reflects the consensus of the international community. All conflicts end through negotiations. These negotiations must be fair," he remarked.

Wang Yi emphasized that China welcomes all efforts leading to peace, including the recent initiatives by the United States aimed at reaching an agreement with Russia.

"We believe that all interested parties should participate in the peace process. This war is being fought on European territory. Therefore, Europe must play a significant role in the peace process. We need to make joint efforts to resolve this conflict, to discuss how we can achieve long-term stability and security in Europe. To find a solution that is acceptable to all parties," he concluded.

It is worth noting that Chinese diplomats, through intermediaries, proposed to then-President Donald Trump's team to organize a summit between the American and Russian leaders, as well as to send Chinese peacekeepers to Ukraine after a possible ceasefire. According to journalists, China's proposal involves holding a U.S.-Russia summit without the participation of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. The White House has already rejected this initiative, calling it "unviable."
