This is reported by RBK-Ukraine citing The Hill. The information comes from Kontrakty.UA.

According to a poll released on Tuesday, October 15, by Reuters/Ipsos, Harris has the support of 45% of voters, while Trump has 42%.

Previous polls conducted in September showed Harris leading Trump by 3 percentage points: 46% support versus 43%.

Both results fall within the margin of error. The upcoming elections in seven key states provide only an indication of who might potentially win the race in November.

The latest Reuters/Ipsos poll indicates that neither candidate has a sufficient level of support—neither received more than 50 percent of voter backing: 46% of respondents view Harris positively, while 42 percent feel the same about Trump.

The former U.S. president holds a slight edge over Harris on issues related to the economy, unemployment, and job creation. 45% of survey participants indicated that Trump is better equipped to address these matters, while 40% sided with Harris.

Conversely, the Democratic candidate received higher ratings for combating political extremism and threats to democracy, surpassing Trump by 5 points with 43% support compared to 38%.

Harris also outperformed Trump by 14 points on healthcare issues.

U.S. Presidential Elections

As the presidential election day in the U.S. approaches on November 5, the leading candidates for the position have approximately equal levels of voter support.

According to a poll by the Harvard Center for American Political Studies (Harvard CAPS/Harris), Donald Trump has a slight advantage over Kamala Harris in states that are undecided between the two candidates.

Harris's campaign team is attempting to turn Trump's tactics against him as the election nears.

Additionally, Harris recently urged her opponent to release his health report and once again invited him to a second round of debates, which Trump previously declined.
